PROCESSING YOUR ORDER

We ship items out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. We try in every case to ship same day but in general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description. Standard Shipping:

LsL Instruments will choose the best shipping method for your order—generally FedEx Ground. 

Overseas military orders to APO or FPO addresses will be sent by Priority Mail at no extra charge. You may choose Standard Shipping when you checkout. Thank you for your service to our country!

Domestic customers outside the contiguous 48 states, please allow extra time. You may wish to choose Expedited Shipping for more rapid delivery. (Expedited Shipping will ship via airmail: FedEx Express Saver).

Alternate Carriers or Special Handling
If you need to specify an alternate shipping method or some other type of special handling for your order, please call Customer Service at 818-785-1111 to place the order.

Oversized or Overweight Shipments 
Shipments whose dimensions or weight exceed our normal freight services are subject to additional charges and limitations that vary by product, location, and freight receiving facilities at the ship to address.

Signature and Physical Address 
All orders require a signature upon delivery. Therefore, a physical address is needed. We do not ship to a post office box.

Rerouting
Packages cannot be rerouted once shipped for customer security and logistical reasons.

International Order Shipping Policies:

Want to save on shipping costs? Check for a distributor in your area.
International orders will be sent out within 2-4 business days and will go via USPS Priority Mail.

Due to the unpredictability of international shipping, delivery time for international orders will vary.

Return Policy

The exchange of any factory-defective LsL products is at the option of LsL and in no event does LsL Instruments assume liability for any damage beyond refund of the purchase price of its non-conforming goods, or the repair or replacement of the same.  Do not return any product without prior authorization.  Return freight should be prepaid.
  4. All requests for return should reference the invoice number and purchase order for the material ordered.  Return for credit period is within twelve (12) months from original invoice.
  5. All shipping costs for returns will be paid by the purchaser unless otherwise specified.
  6. Returned material should be in standard package quantities and saleable condition.
  7. All custom-built items are NON-CANCELABLE and NON-RETURNABLE.
